Help answer this question below.
Typically a vasectomy for the males in much less risky and easier than tubal ligation or hysterectomies in females.
Ditto . . . not quite so invasive for men. Heals quicker also.
Besides being much easier on the man than the woman, it is waayyy cheaper too!
I always thought such sexual beings would suffer mental side effects to being removed from the capability to breed, in animals you cut the male tho so thats what id say, Off with his nuts!!
I dont really know Whats BEST. They both seem the same. Cut, snip, tie, DONE.
It's less invasive for the man to be sterilized. They do the vasectomy as an outpaitent surgury (sometimes in the specialists' office) whereas a woman has to be cut across the midsection and it takes several months (weeks at least) to heal. It's also alot easier to reverse a vasectomy (vasovasectomy) than it is to reverse getting your tubes tied.
Should be the guy. It's easier, quicker and much safer.
probably not a matter of "best" but male sterilization used to be easier than female--may not be the case anymore with the less invasive surgery available to women.
The guy. He has no need for his balls anymore anyway. He's married.
PLEASE listen go read up on some of this - http://www.tubal-reversal.net/post_tubal_ligation_syndrome.htm
It is serious!
.
Let the man get sniped!
Please help spread the word of P.T.L.S.!
I'd say the man. It is easier, cheaper, and much less complicated.
The procedure for a woman requires major surgery, hospitalization and a lengthy recuperation. For men, it's an inpatient procedure with a day's rest, a simple, snip snip
Does anyone know if TriCare military insurance covers the Adiana sterilization procedure?

I am 26 years old I would like a tubal ligation. However, doctors refuse to do it because of my age. Does anyone know of a doctor that will do the procedure on someone who is young, does not have children, and is certain she will never want children?

Did anyone have a bad experience with the Essure procedure? During the procedure the Dr. said I had a spasm in my tubes. It has been very painful since with back and abdominal pain, headaches. The Dr. never mentioned this many problems.

You're reading If a married couple never wanted kids, would it be best for men or women to have sterilization?

But would it be uncomfortable for the man, if the doctors were performing, would they freak if the pubic area was hairy?
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on February 25th, 2008
Why would they freak out...they're doctors for Chrissakes.

Is it possible for a man to have a vasectomy at age 19?
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on March 2nd, 2008
Yeah, it's certainly possible.

The girls (or people) on Yahoo! Answers suck! I asked a question, and they called me immature, leaving nonsense on my questions.

I've never heard anything good about YA...I've heard enough bad to keep my distance from that place :)

What do you think of those who put down and judge others because they don't want kids?
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on March 2nd, 2008
The same as I think of anyone who is judgemental for any reason, typically they are ignorant, arrogant asses.
by Cyndi Ninja on March 2nd, 2008
Yea, on Y!A, they called me immature to an animal, and despicable for not wanting kids. And this girl said "And personally, I hope you don't change your mind because the world doesn't need any more arrogant people like you in it!"
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on March 2nd, 2008
Ah, sounds like a LOVELY place ;p
I will add at 19, you may change your mind in 10 years or so, so it would be difficult to find a doc to agree to do a vasectomy at such a young age. But if you decide never to have kids, that's your choice and there is nothing wrong with it.

Should I wait till I'm older to meet a girl?
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on March 2nd, 2008
No, lol...just use other forms of protection until you are a bit older, then docs would be more apt to do the surgery for you.
by Cyndi Ninja on March 2nd, 2008
I figure someone else would say I may change my mind, but the truth is, I'm not. I been feeling this way for 4 years.
by Yahoo Answers Is A Fraud on March 2nd, 2008
Just make sure you use protection, and if you never change your mind that's your choice :)
