  • Pulling out does not always work, birth control is a far safer option if you don't want to be called "daddy" :-)
  • *shakes head* That is not a safe method...at all.
  • Birth control is always worth avoiding an unplanned pregnancy. So is safe sex. Aren't you worth practicing both EVERY time? And your partner?
  • Dumb dumb dumb dumb... pulling out leaves pre-cum which has... cum in it... which has sperm. SPERM+EGG=BABY
  • Birth control is the best option, ! Never go without it!
  • What do they call girls on the "rhythm method" and those whose bfs/husband "pull out"? PREGNANT. No form of contraception is 100% (except abstinance), but the pill and condoms have been proven to be MUCH more effective at preventing pregnancy. The "pill" (there are other methods, now) allows more ... "natural" sex ... without the barrier between ... you know ... but it DOES NOT protect against AIDS, STDS, and other diseases. Condoms, provide that "safety barrier". Besides, the pill has also been known to help regulate women who have irregular periods, and to help their health in many other ways.
  • "Pulling out" is known as coitus interruptus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coitus_interruptus This method of birth control is not nearly as effective as most common birth control methods, especially oral or injectable hormonal contraceptives. Coitus interruptus has a failure rate of 4% with absolutely perfect use. Failure rates climb as high as 28% with typical use. Hormonal contraceptives have a failure rate of 0.01% with perfect use. So, if you are serious about birth control, it is absolutely worth it. (BTW, an answer refers to the rhythm method. The rhythm method is restricting sexual activity to certain times of the month to avoid sex during fertile times. It is not "pulling out". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhythm_Method )
