• nope. i actually witnessed a dog walk its owner into the middle of the street on a green light.
  • Very nearly so but nothing is 100%. They are 'human' and make mistakes but usually not big ones.
  • It is never realistic to assume that any dog or human is ever 100% dependable. There is almost nothing in life that is absolutely true or false 100% of the time.
  • Depends on the dog and the training on how dependable they are. 100 percent not really but close. I just read that someone saw a blind person and their seeing eye dog at a street corner. The dog leaned into the guy's leg to cue him not to go. The owner forced the dog to cross the street.
  • Not in North Korea. They see dogs as Americans see pork chops.
