  • about 20 hours one week. This weekend i slipped on my back and injured myself so next weekend even though im getting paid i dont work.
  • Thirteen hours, I think. I used to work overtime a lot. I would get called in on Sundays to do time sheets because no one else wanted to do them. Usually, I work from six to ten hours on those days, but once I had to go on Saturday as well, and it added up to thirteen.
  • I guess about 16 hours when I worked for 7 consecutive days. May I ask what your job is?
  • 41 - I'm a crime scene investigator and we had a double homicide and we were on the scene from 9am-1am six days, plus I'd already worked some in that week, and after we'd closed the scene, we still had all the evidence to get packed up, which meant no days off until the following weekend. The paycheck was huge! Oh, and for the record, we caught the bad guy and he got the death penalty X2, so all the work paid off! Interesting question!! :)
  • Well I once worked a 74 hour week. Normal week is 40 so that is 34 hours of overtime.
  • 52 hours BUT keep in mind.. the more you make the more they (uncle sam) take.
  • I once worked 8 hour days,30 days in a row.
  • I work 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days in a year, and I don't get paid. I need a vacation!
  • Wow that's OVER overtime. You might lose your lofty position on the homepage because of that ;) Personally, I've never had overtime. I'm touchy when it comes to that :o)
  • Holy crap...that's insane! I think the most overtime I've worked is like 20 hours. Of course I don't get paid overtime anymore...so I can work 60 hours a week for nothing. Ugh!
  • when i worked on the fruit farm i was working 90 hours a week with out overtime.
  • I used to work 70 to 80 hours per week, with surviving on power naps(20min) when I drove over the road. Although I don't do this anymore I am older and wiser now. In reality you will only be paid for about 15 hours of overtime for the 32 you have worked, uncle Sam takes the rest.
  • Once I had 40 hours O.T. It was during a strike when all the salaried people had to do the jobs of the Teamsters. Great money and we knew it would come to an end sometime.
