No. I think morality (or immorality) develops as we are taught boundaries, and we decide whether we want to break them.

There are many aspects of morality that we are born with a predisposition for. Like care of our young, our clan and cooporation with others.

Basically, morality is something that is developed according to the values we are taught as we grow up. If you are born poor, you may find it moral to steal or mug somebody in order to sustain yourself or family. If you are a religious person, killing is never moral, but if you are a soldier, you would consider the killing that you do to be a moral thing. Morality is riddled with double standards, individual exceptions, and complications. The only things human are truly given by nature, are survival instincts, and the ability to adapt.

Considering that basic principles of morality transcend barriers of geography and time period, and that no one culture has a monopoly on moral behavior, I would tend to say "yes".
