  • Yeah... just joined yesterday.. Already at level 8. Got to peal away!!!
  • You have a desire for social contact and intellectual intercourse... nothing wrong with that. You will find wisdom, empathy, sympathy and people to commiserate with on this site. People will share their insights, experiences and the truth with you that most people would never give you face to face. Just make sure you don't deprive yourself of necessary sleep in order to have your time on AB.
  • I have it too, mabey we should start AA (Answerbagolics annonymos)
  • I find many of the same names on the site, posting here. Must be an epidemic! I think I have it, as well. If you find a cure, let me know.
  • Don't ask me that, right now. I am getting my daily fix of Answerbag!... Addicting?... In terms that are so plain and simple, "YES!"
  • OK, I am addicted! Is there a support group for this?
  • I have just recently discovered this site, but when I am home and on the computer, I do have a need to spend time here reading so many of the questions and answers. Is this the begining of an addiction?
  • Answerbag has definitely taken the top spot on my list of cyber-addictions. I've already lost sleep, been late for work and procrastinated most of the important functions around the house. I love the questions and answers that make me think or laugh. I love to answer questions, especially when I think I'm really being helpful, possibly making someone else think, or maybe just bringing a bit of humor to a situation. Yes, I'm addicted. But all of you are my support group. And if there is a cure, I'll pass for now, thanks. Oh - excuse me - gotta run. My dog has been barking and whimpering at me for the last 10 minutes. I'd better take care of that - but I will be back. Count on it.
  • Whatever you do, don't switch to Yahoo Answers, it's like switching from cannabis to cocaine.
  • Power failure ring any bells?
  • Oh a newbie! LoL Welcome to your new addiction! We've all been there. Some of are still there!!
  • No,it's the best doggone addiction there is,much less damaging than ciggerettes, though some ABers do both! LOL!(Not me,I quit about 1 1/2 years now)*+++++*
  • Occasionally get up and check if the lights are on,do you need to eat, does the cat(Or dog, bird, etc.)need food? Honestly, time flies, and I forget to eat sometimes!(I had no problems with that tonight.Uuugh, still recovering from bad digestion.);)*
  • Once your hooked its all over
  • No cure! I joined Dec 22, 2008, just 6 months ago and I can't get unhooked!!!!!!! They tell me there is a 12 step program out there....lmao! But the truth is, its all over now. Your life will never be the same. :-) HA HA HA! +5
  • Nope. Unless you smash your internet access.
  • AB can do that to people. Looks like you figured out how to quit the addiction.
