No and no. I think it sounds a s good as "like" at the beginning of a question.

Ok as a starter, to me sounds very immature and trying to call attention, but sometimes...just sometimes there is a good question in there so I dont rule them out completely. I was thinking about asking this one, well done, you beat me to it. + :o)

No... Makes me think it's a kid asking it. (and 90% of the time, it probably is.)
