Yes, you can get them if there is nothing wrong with your eyes. They are perfectly safe, you can get them from a trusted company like Acuvue (Freshlook). If you are looking for Halloween type stuff (cateye, blackout, whiteout, tiger stripes, etc.), there a places that manufacture them safely too. They aren't that cheap, as far as I know, but they are definitely safe as long as you know how to put them in.
