Help answer this question below.

My Texas HOA stopped the sale of my house because the lady had 4 pets and it says two pets. But the rule also says no pets over 30 pounds, and we have at least a half dozen dogs that live here that are over that. What's legal here?

    It's up to the HOA to enforce their rules. Their decision on your buyer is legal. You can sue the HOA to force them to enforce the rule about the weight limit if you want to spend the money.
