question is, are they ever kept outside? most pet rabbits are indoors...i respect that they want fresh air but i would be more worried of them running away.
-
Pet rabbits are usually kept indoors. They litter box train easily and are very quiet and clean pets, especially when neutered or spayed.
-
Domestic rabbits should be kept inside. And it depends on how long you want your rabbit to have a healthy/safe life. Indoors can live 8 to 12 years, outdoors 3 years if they're lucky.
-
i don't know anybody who's kept them outside. even my cousins - who practically had a zoo - kept their rabbits inside

yes! I have a house rabbit and he's such a character, if he had been kept outside in a hutch he would not be as friendly and wouldnt be so funny! He's hilarious. keeping them in the house makes them more tame and friendly. DONT keep them in a garage where cars are kept as the fumes will kill them. it is good to have a run outside for the rabbit too though and give them some supervised play time so they get fresh air and grass!!

Rabbits are a common house pet. They are even litter trained, like a cat! If you're thinking about owning a indoor rabbit do a little research first....litter training sometimes is not a walk in the park.

i keep my bunny in the house, his case is kept open and he goes there to eat, drink and he is house trained like a cat. our 3 dogs and 2 cats get along with him fine they all will interact. the dogs and cats use the doggie door to go out, but the rabbit doesn't.
