Not half as far as I could 20 years ago.
-
when i was younger i could run all day but now since i have been smoking for 20 yrs i would maby make it to the end of the parking lot before i pass out.
-
I can walk a long way, prob 20 miles. Running however is not a talet of mine. I'd say about 20 yards is all I can manage. Oh dear!
-
Not at all. :-)
-
I run on the treadmill usually at the beginning of my workout about 3-5 miles. I used to road run but twisted my hip and that made it no fun anymore. I am not sure how far I could run if I had to, but I do not distance run for pleasure.
-
I just run a few feet before wanting to stop.
-
depends on what is chasing, if a tiger just a little farther than you can I hope
-
If I set my mind to it, about 4/5K in the gym.
-
about 3.5 in 30 but walking i could go 10+ if i have a friend
-
I can't run unless my adrenaline was pumping from pure fear! I can walk all day & night though.
-
...Far enough
-
Without stopping? Probably to the end of my street, which I guess is one tenth of a mile. I'm not very active, you see.....
-
I can run (pacing myself) for a mile and a half, if I'm sprinting though, I can sprnt for only about a half mile though.
-
... sprinting hard & fast, or encumbered with a heavy carried load, less than a kilometer ... ... casually slow jogging, without carrying anything, well over 50 kilometers ...
-
Depends on whether or not I want to be caught.
-
well the best ive done so far is 13.2 miles with my first 6 miles at 6:32min pace per mile, and the last part at 6:04 pace. I was feeling monster style that day :D
-
Depends on what's chasing me. I'm not good at running, never have been. Over 100 yards is easy, beyond that, I'm not sure.
-
When I was in high school I ran the mile in gym class around 8 minutes. I was the fourth person to finish and the first girl to finish. :) Could I do that now three years later...chances are probably not...but maybe with a little practice. :D I also ran the mile in middle school, all three years.
-
very far
-
I can only get up to a 10K run (6 miles). I just don't have the will power or determination to go more than 6 miles.
-
From my TV to the crapper yo...:)
-
From my chair to the refrigerator;)
-
been doin it all my life, has took me to three continents and thousands of places so think can run quite a bit
-
Not far unless you count fullspeed on my power wheelchair . If so then 20km /hr. for 8 hrs.
-
Well I USE to run ten miles every other day, and could probably have handled a marathon relatively well, but that was BEFORE my near-fatal military parachute jump. Now I have about three pounds of metal holding my right leg together and my right leg is about 1/2 inch shorter than the left. How far can I run now? Oh, about to the kitchen and back. : )
-
4.2km today
-
6km
-
I'm 70...WTF kinda question is that?!?
-
In my early Marine Corps days, I did 12 miles once. Much longer than that for force marches. In my current state I am sure if I pushed it I could do 4-5, but probably only about 2 comfortably.
-
I can run a pretty long distance.
-
At this altitude, I can run flat out for a half mile before my hands start shaking.
-
On which vehicle?
-
Half Mile. Tops.
-
how long is a piece of string?
-
in morning 100 yards... at eve i can run half mile...
-
furhest I've ever ran in one time-26 miles (or whatever a marathon is), I'm guessing i could do around 30 some, but then again, you never know.
-
I train 5 times a week currently and I havent completed a marathon yet but I reckon i could give it a go without walking the whole way
-
The most I ran at one time is 18 miles. I was training for a marathon. This year I will run a full marathon which is 26 miles 385 yards. wooooohooooooo!! =)
-
Depends on the pace. I can run for many miles if I jog slowly (9 or 10 minute mile pace) but the distance goes down proportionately to the speed.
-
27 Miles love it love it
-
As far as I need to.
-
10 miles is my farthest
-
Hopefully 26.2 miles by October 11
