What is the difference between a leaf, a page and a sheet?

    A leaf is "part of a book or folded sheet containing a page on each side".

    The above definition of a leaf also explains the difference between it and a page.

    A sheet of paper isn't necessarily part of book and it isn't necessarily bound to another sheet.
