What type of training does an Air Force PJ have to go through?

I don't know the specifics, but I do remember seeing them do a LOT of physical training when I was in tech school. Lots of running around the base in short shorts. They all had really huge muscular legs... that should tell you something.

pj? parajumper? that's para rescue i'm assuming? i don't know exactly, but i do know that it's very physical! where i was stationed, just a couple dorms over, were the air force combat control guys and basically they were air force grunts. out running every day like the 82nd airborne did next door did on fort bragg. i'd assume para rescue would train just as hard as combat controllers.
