  • i think your only allowed to hit'em in their butt
  • if you hit them hard enough yea. like if you start to leave bruises then they call in child services and do an investigation.
  • 1. It depends where you live. 2. In some countries it depends on how hard you spank, and if there was a sign of physical harm.
  • There are no laws for 'spanking'. Yet if you place too much force unto the child and beat him/her or leave marks that show physical trauma, the boy could report his/her parent to the authorities, or someone can do it in the name of child abuse.
  • In some places yes. The UN rights of the children treaty will mandate this law in any country which ratifies it. Beware, the crop of children who are raised without parental discipline are rotten to the core, and with a smile on their face. Kind of like that incorrigible Bam Marchera jerk, he believes his own hype, trusts his own posse and knows nothing of the man (or woman) who will inevitably decide to whip it out and go to bangin the minute he crosses them.
  • No actual law exists in the United States. The problem arrives, when the spanking goes over the line or excessive. Spanking should be below the belt and with the hand only. Excessive spanking becomes assault when marks are left behind and have occurred above the waist. I was spanked as a child and so were my children. Do children need spanking? yes, if its warranted.
  • That depends on the country. Here in New Zealand they have just recently passed a law against spanking.
  • No, not in most of the country.
