  • You need Jesus in your life :)
  • Start out by saying "I could be wrong." Then work your way up to "I'm sorry." LOL!
  • Start by saying "I'm sorry".
  • Force yourself the first time... And keep trying. It will become easier. You can also say, "I'm sorry... I was just being a bitch. I have a problem with that and I'm trying to do better."
  • Think before you speak or act. What i am about to say, will it hurt someone? When i am in a hot pursuit police chase, i count to 20 before i exit the police car. this allows my blood pressure to calm down, along with my temper. This works for me. try it.
  • I have the same problem sometimes. I ususally try to go back to the person later and say, "I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to be a bitch, but. . ."
  • Being humble is not in some people's nature. Start off by admitting to that and move into the "sorry" stuff as you progress through your issue.
  • I think it just comes with practice, I couldnt change a turban...
  • Real bitches are a real turn off. Drop the attitude. Realize that everyone has needs and that your need never takes precedence.
  • I'm going to honestly tell you that once you start apologizing for your actions, you'll feel really good about yourself. Knowing that you've behaved badly or hurt someone's feelings just eats at you and it makes you even 'bitchier' or more angry, unless you're just cold-hearted and don't care. When you see how someone feels when you apologize to them, it just makes you feel good and you feel like a weight is lifted from you. I think if you try it, you'll see what I mean. It gets easier every time you do it.
  • I think that you should say sorry and make up with the ppl u have been a bitch to, and then just think before you speak so it doesnt happen again. Also you could try praying about it. =)
  • YOU NEED JESUS! do you have any christian friends? they will help you :)
  • Ask Jesus for help.
