Help answer this question below.
I have been a ski instructor for 7 years. moving on something you don't know how to controll can be scary. this is why you need to take a lesson and even then in group lessons it is hard to make shur everyone is comfortable I know myself I have put students on to steep a terraine to soon (bad mistake) you should be on terrain just steep enough to get moving and have a clear flat runout to stop just ahead. If you were scared to death you were on to steep a terraine. Don't lose your excitement go back now with a beter understanding of the challange ahead and the skills you will need to learn. any more questions I will be happy to answer.
