I would see a dentist or a TMJ specialist (Temporomandibular Joint). This may be caused by a number of things; it could be an injury, it could a misalignment, it could be sinus related, it could be that you are clenching your teeth due to stress, it could be that you are clenching due to sleep apnea...many possibilities. Keep doing the relax exercises, take an anti-inflammatory at night before bed and consider getting a mouth guard to sleep with at night. If you can't afford one from the dentist, they have kits you can buy at the drug store to fit yourself for one.
