Doorknob? Faucet?
-
Either the sink knobs or the door handles?
-
Nope, but I wish you would tell me!
-
The sinks have the most bacteria, because people wash them off there and it is a moist area in which bacteria can survive for longer periods of time.
-
I would have guessed the doorknob.
-
we did this in my school a while ago and the places with the most bacteris were the coin slots in the vending machines and the stair banister. Also the computer keyboard was pretty disgusting.

When I was an undergrad, we did a very similar test... we checked different surfaces in the building, but did not stick to the bathroom. It was an extra credit assignment, so I don't think anyone put too much thought into what to test. We found that water fountains had the highest counts, followed by doors. The hall floors were surprisingly clean... better than the chalkboard, actually.

Even though I saw the answer I'm still gonna guess the toilet bowl just above the water line. :P
-
Saw the answer, but was going to guess soap dish/dispenser handle...
-
The carpet outside the doorstep?
-
In my class it was the handle to the paper towel dispenser! Yuck!
-

Wherever the dirty hands get the action.

Probably the sink - bacteria tend to thrive on wet surfaces.
