  • It's "OK" to date, but for a real relationship, they must each realize the other is in a different stage of life. What will the expectations be? I think that once a person is in their 20's, they can really date any age (older). The problem comes with people who date older or younger people for the wrong reasons.
  • Oh, give the boy a break. He's just sewing his wild oats! The one who is gonna be sorry is the 30s person. By the time he's 30, he'll be looking for 20s. He's just get'n some.
  • Not only is it OK...it isn't anyone else's business.
  • when i was 21 i hooked up with a 30 year old women once and i only have good memories
  • my only GF was 2 years younger than myself. I do not know the age difference on the girls I casualy dated but I doubt I ever had an age difference greater than 3-4 years... that is all about to change though... now that my wife had run away I am going to be going to college to find a wife (mormon culture has college about education and marriage, not booze and sex) the college I am going to is full of 18-22 year olds... and I am 30. I consider more than a 7 year difference a little wierd but I can get over it.
  • My husband is 5 years older than me. I don't really mind it but he's puerto rican (most people think he's german, though for some reason) and he looks way older than his real age, even more so when he doesn't shave. Most people actually estimate him to be 10+ years older than he is. I'm Japanese and I look way younger than my age. Most people think I'm still 14-16, which I attribute to my baby face and shorter than average stature. I've had people actually mistake me for his adopted daughter before. Then they give a disgusted look when they find out I'm his wife, until they actually find out our real ages.
  • When I was 18, I hooked up with a 30 yr old just for the experience.
