Without having any other details about your specific situation, I can tell you where you can find forms and instructions. If all you have is W-2 income from a job, Form 1040EZ is for you. If that description doesn't fit you, then fill out form 1040. If you can be claimed by someone else as a dependent (i.e. your parents) then enter "0" for number of dependents. Both forms and instructions along with state forms can be found at your local post office.
