  • If an individual is recognized as a legal entity then they must pay the piper! If they are under the legal umbrella of a guardian or parent then make them pay all the costs to society!
  • Give me just one advantage of the government legislating morality
  • 1. Governments can't legislate morality. 2. Religious organizations do not agree on what morality is. 3. Parents might be effective, but... ...who teaches parenting?
  • You're kidding I hope. If not, then you're suggesting that an act such as 9/11 is morally correct or the Holocaust was as well. The former being a religious morality, the latter being a government decree. Hey...why not just give up a child the second it's born. What's the difference there? How about a parent being able to teach their own offspring a morality that does no harm to others or self and just leave it there. Let the child figure out after that, what they are when they're old enough to understand consequences in society.
  • How can an entity that is not moral legislate morality?
