When you are reading a book, is it like a movie in your mind or do I just have a vivid imagination for reading?

I make my own movie in my head, when they do make a movie from a book in Hollywood, I am always extremely disappointed, because it is nothing like what I had pictured in my head.

i do the same thing sweet t. i even thing about actors who could play the characters in the book. the books that hollywood makes movies out of in my opinion cannot be as good as the books, for example john grisham novels.

I do exactly the same thing! I imagine the characters, what they're wearing, their surroundings, the expressions on their faces, and it plays out just like a movie in my head. I'm glad I'm not the only one! :o)
