Are all illegal aliens considered to be criminal aliens as well?

As far as I know illegal aliens are not considered criminal aliens.Criminals are a completely different category.These are poor people mostly from Mexico trying to lead a better life,and that does not make them criminals,just desperate to survive.The immigration laws are too stringent for many to get into the country legally,and end up doing jobs Americans will not do and for less than minimum wage.

Two different terms although illegal aliens are criminal by being illegal and committing a crime or breaking the law.

I don't think that term is regularly used, but it is accurate. Being in America without authorization is a crime.

If you are in this country illegally and without proper documentation and permission, it is a crime. that's why it is ILLEGAL

ILLEGAL by definition means an action or inaction is against the law. Violating laws by definition makes one CRIMINAL, so yes, illegal aliens are criminals as well!

The way the law currently stands, being in the country illegally is a civil offense and not a criminal offense.
