Usualy what makes me feel beter is a hug from my boyfriend or if he isn't there then to be left alon for a while.

- going out and buying myself a small treat (not food) like nail polish or something from the dollar store - complaining to a friend/my sister - a movie with my s/o - a big bowl of oatmeal - staying in bed late - a session with my therapist :P

Humour...watching a funny movie, or tv show or letting my husband cheer me up with his sense of humor. Laughter truly is the best medicine.

watch a baseball game or a movie (especially ones about baseball).

A tiny bit of cannabis and an hour or two playing my guitar. I totally forget to be angry any more after that.

Talking with a friend almost always helps. We will usually end up laughing about something and that always makes me feel better.
