I've been harassed by women who wanted to dance with me but wouldn't take no for an answer but I guess that's just social harassment. There were plenty of times when my ex-wife wanted to have sex with me when I didn't want to. When I declined she'd sometimes use different methods to force me to but that happened in the days before there were legal ways for me to resolve the situation. :p

no. however our society has forgotten the latter half of that word... harassment is not a single incident, it is persistant. if someone gets a new coworker and sayes "holy crap you're hot" no matter how offended she is that is not harassment if he stops when she expresses that she does not appreciate it.
