Try your local pharmacy. Or online. depends on where you live, really, some states don't allow pharmacies to dispense syringes without a prescription, and some states, like Arizona, pharmacies are required to give them to you if asked, in fact, if you can't pay for them, they're supposed to give you generics for free. sometimes you can go to the local state health department, or a free clinic, but be prepared for a lot of questions and people trying to talk you into rehab.
