My dogs eye has this round red dot inside her eye. It doesnt seem to bother her. Bur it seems to have gotten a little bit bigger. What is it?

Probably blood from a broken blood vessel. Usually that itsn't serious but occasionally it can be. I would watch for any other problems.

From what you are describing, it sounds like she has what they call "Cherry Eye". Dogs have a third eyelid, near their nose. Sometimes it prolapses, which causes Cherry Eye. It can only be fixed surgically, but it's a very common procedure and it's done by vets everyday. If you would like more information on it, you can type "Cherry Eye" in your search bar, and it will bring up sites with information about it, and it also has pictures of what it looks like. I'm just guessing that's what it is, but if you see the pictures, you'll know. Hope this helps a little!

I dont know what it could be, but take her to the vet. It could be nothing, but then it could be serious. you wont know until you're tod by your vet. Dont wait around for things to get worse, just book up!
