According to Christianity, no. You cannot be saved. You must worship one G-d only.

We will all be saved from death because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. (We will all die, but will be resurrected through him so we can stand in the presence of God to be judged.) To be saved from sin, we must have faith in God and repent, meaning forsake the sin and reconcile ourselves to God. The exception is little children who cannot sin. (Also perhaps those without mental capacity. Their shortcomings are covered by Christ without having to repent.) So says Joseph Smith (about the children) and the Bible (about faith and repentance.)

Yes, Jesus pointed out that the demons believe but they aren't saved. And he also said that many would know his name and do deeds in his name but that wasn't enough. Knowing isn't enough, believing isn't enough.

Believing and following the example of are two entirely different things. If you are not willing to suffer and deny yourself of sinful ways...you have made your choice.....Its not easy believing in God.

According, to the usual Christian ways of doing things, you can believe in God and not be saved. In order to be saved, you basically have to bend over and take it in the ass for the rest of your life. I, for example, refuse to do this for someone who hasn't earned it, and so I will not be saved.

One thing is to believe in God another is to actually live for him, alot of people can say "oh yeah, uh hmm I believe in God" that doesnt mean they do anything about it, just saying it with words isnt enough. Its like saying you love your girl but u cheat on her you say one thing but your actions show another. If you believe in him and want to be save you have to choose him and love him and be willing to sacrifice alot of things that make you happy because they arent what he has intended. It takes a true follower to be saved it has to be more than just words.

The belief that God is real isn't how you 'get saved'. You have to believe that Jesus, His son, was crucified to take your place as punishment for your sins. You need to ask forgiveness for those sins and accept the gift of forgiveness God has given us through Jesus.
