For the vast majority of sites i join, no. I do not read them. Instead, I assume they will not protect me and I try to protect myself while participating. For example, I try not to share something with a website unless I don't mind sharing it with the world.

Nope, they're usually all standard warnings. So I don't bother.

Only for legal websites, and that's only because I feel obligated. Plus I know how lawyers think, they will try to trick you.
