  • 'Cause we ain't from the B-town 'hood like y'all! So weez don't know nuthin' 'bout keepin' it real...;-D...
  • Because the internet is like a mask, behind it you can be whomever you'd like. A lot of people use it to be/act in ways they wish they could, like how writing someone a letter is a lot easier than saying something important to their face (or at least to some).
  • Since we can't always show who we are when facing someone, here it's our true self, our desired self, or our monster that comes out when we have free license to speak. I believe we're often seeing the monster in someone's words. The words you use have a great effect on the perception of others. Someone may assume I'm a perfectionist and a self-centered jerk because I'm articulate. That person also may assume someone who actually has an IQ of 140 is stupid because they can't put sentences together. Never ever assume you're reading the "real" author.
  • LOL :) I've been told so many times of being childish and of being other things here. Of course, I'm not perfect. I've chosen to be real (not talking to people that I don't like, for example). I can't just stand there and pretend that nothing bad is going on. Why can't they keep it real? Well, this is the Internet. We can be what we want to be (although it's not really who we are). Some people can paint a picture of themselves as the honest ones, when in reality they are pathological liars.
