  • Whatever works. If you believe in God, then you believe He knows your thoughts, so it should not matter whether you verbalize the prayer or not.
  • I usually pray silently. God hears you either way.
  • Pray Continuiously... Thats a great bible passage right there although I forget the refrence, but if you were doing so outloud you would be quite the nut job so I am guessing that it doesnt matter how you pray. In my opinion thoughts are a form of prayer since God knows them, so they should be God pleasing.
  • you can relate it to meditation, i think both are better in quite places.
  • It can be both types, whatever suits the situation. Aloud is nice if you are sharing it with someone else. Quiet might be the best way to go when you are in a tough public situation. Out loud might be good when you are by yourself and want to walk and talk with God. Or if you want your thoughts and feelings kept private between the two of you, do it silently from the heart. YOu can do it silently as you do anything throughout the day, sometimes just a word of thanks or a glance at something wonderful and you want to talk about it. Whatever you feel, feel it.
  • I think your prayers are heard either way
