Strangely enough I do. In the form of Black Pudding it goes down well as a part of a full English Breakfast. I also once had some cold as part of a buffet meal. What I don't like doing quite as much is thinking too deeply about what it is whilst I am eating it.

Black pudding is beautiful but be careful when you buy it because some makers also use turkey blood mixed and it is just not the same taste and when you think about it, if you eat a joint of meat you are eating cooked blood anyway..:o)
