You can tell when someone just likes to talk. You can't get a word in edge ways. Some people talk alot because they lack confidence or believe it or not, don't want to show how shy they are. If we REALLY take the time to listen to what people are saying, and not judge them by their looks or what you have been told about them by someone else. You may find what they are talking about is good.
