Ok, here is what you should do. Turn off your PS2. Unplug all of you internet devices and plug them all back up. Then turn your PS2 back on. This should work. I've had this same error and this is all I had to do.
is the sever for ps2 still up?

My ps2 says "data transfer error occurred" when I try to play my Smackdown vs Raw 2007 online. Why is this and what can I do to fix it? It has worked in the past but not now.
