  • Take all your clothes off very very slowly.
  • eat fruit and vegies base your meals on protein and like lean meat chicken,fish,etc WARNING YOU WILL GET EXTREMALY TIRED BREAKFAST: CHEESE ON TOAST BURGEN BREAD LUNCH:SALAD AND LEAN MEAT DINNER:SKIP IT INSTEAD EXCERSIZE FOR AN HOUR I DO THIS ALL THE TIME IT WORKS :)
  • 4kg in a week?! I can only see dehydration, very unhealthy.
  • some good exercises to burn calories are swiming, climbing, cycling and rope jumping but don't aim for getting thin too quickly. It might be unhealthy. cycle slowly for one hour or fast for 20 minutes everyday
  • puncture stomach with a small pocket knife... the trick is to get the hole to a size similar to the circumferance of a straw... then get a straw and stick it in the hole... get a Friend (or you can do it yoiur self if you have a very long straw and suck out 4 kg of anything that comes out (e.g. blood, fat). hey presto youve done it ( this could be dangerous though)
