More than likely it's nothing. It could have pinched a nerve or given you a crick in your back. If you want you could take an anti-inflammatory like Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Motrin. You don't have spinal damage or anything like that because you wouldn't feel a dull pain. You're probably just sore.

I think the issue is you p*ssed somebody off. You should think about a means to prevent getting punched like that again. Bur seriously, where and how hard you got punched determines what got injured (I know: 'DUH!'). From the back and side, the organs most likely to have a serious affect when injured are your ribs and kidneys. A dull ache is probably nothing to worry about, with not other symptoms. (Like blood in urine, caughing up blood, can't take normal or deep breaths, and more.) See a doctor. We can't/shouldn't diagnose this on AB.
