This question is torture. It keeps popping up on the new questions page...and there it sits...in all CAPS...mocking me...tempting me...calling to me....I am so hungry, I would soooooooo love a stack of flapjacks right about now! :o) So, I guess my answer is...ME. I love pancakes. I did not know I did until this question, but I must love them because they are all I can think about now!

I love all kinds of pancakes. Buttermilk, sourdough, plain with syrup, rolled and stuffed, puffy, baked, with fruit, nuts, chocolate, for dinner, even with shrimp and chicken:-)
