  • well not knowing about your x. other than he is an ass, as are your friends. i suggest you relax and get new friends. you can change your feelings like you turn on and off water. so forget the upset.
  • every time a negative thought come to you, let it go. dont pay attention then you will feel better. For those who are upsetting you, turn a blind eye. they will back off. you carry on doing the stuff you are good at :)
