  • Ack. That sucks for you. Now you're gonna be tired all day. Well...20 minute naps can be very effective. No longer than that though.

  • I have a friend who sleeps very little. I have seen him on the computer at 3 am, knowing he gets up at 5 am to jog before going to work. He takes 15 minute "power naps" and looks as if he has had 8 hours sleep afterward. I hate him!! lol..j/k of course..just jealous. ;-)
  • I worked shift work and often found that if I got 1 or 2 hours sleep that I felt worse than if I had had none:)
  • If its 5:30AM & you nap or hang out for 2 1/2hrs. I think you'll be a hour late.
  • If I can get a solid 3 hours of sleep, then it helps. It's worth it. If I can only sleep 1-2 hours, then I crash hard and it makes it worse! If I can nap for 15 minutes, it helps my eyes rest and I feel better, without taking me all the way down into a big deep sleep. Walking around some (with fresh air!) definitely helps to keep things active and awake. Charge ahead! Get that second wind!
  • Well, this happened to me today. I know I'm a year late :) but if that happens again, I would stay up, drink something caffeinated, and sleep when you return home from what you have to get up for at 7.
