If a kid's parents are U.S. citizens, it doesn't matter where the birth is, the kid will be born a U.S. citizen too.

The president must be a natural-born citizen. I don't see how you could dodge around it - the fact is unchangeable.

It does not say anywhere that the person needs to be born within the United States it just says that need to be a natural born citizen and have resided in the U.S. at least 14 years as well as being at least 35 years old. Natural born just simply means if your parents are U.S. Citizens at the time of your birth you are consider a natural born citizen no matter where in the world that birth occured.

the president must be a Natural-born citizen, but they haven't decided what that is yet. Natural-born citizen WIKI- Three major candidates have sought the Presidency who were born outside the United States: Barry Goldwater (ran in 1964) was born in Arizona while it was still a U.S. territory, George Romney (ran in 1968) was born in Mexico to U.S. parents, and John McCain (ran in 2000 and runs in 2008) was born in the Panama Canal Zone to U.S. parents. Barry Goldwater's case among these three is unique in that although Arizona was not a state, it was a fully incorporated territory of the United States, making it debatable whether or not he was born "outside" the United States. The Panama Canal Zone, though controlled by the United States and partly under its jurisdiction, was part of Panama. None of these candidates was elected, so it has never been fully addressed whether children born to Americans overseas are "natural-born citizens" and thus eligible for the Presidency. However, McCain is currently seeking the 2008 Republican nomination for President. For more info look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural-born_citizen#Case_Law
