Its been 3 months since my gf broke up with me and I feel more and more depressed with each day and each thought that crosses my mind... Distancing myself did not work, Any suggestions to get myself back on track?

Mate it is a rollercosta ride the thing to do is let yourself grieve more you need to dont get pissed ( alcohol) too much,don't drunk dial and push her further away and be her friend when she needs it but your get through it and there is light at the end of the tunnel even though it seems far away from where you are -
