I don't know her name, but I'm pretty sure she's the same woman who played the Sprint operator on their commercials before they sold their landline operations to Embarq. If you noticed, when this commerical first came out, she ends the conversation with the words "call me!" (though he obviously won't because she's nuts). In the later / current commerical, those words are gone ... maybe because "call me!" was HER line she ended with on the Sprint ads for all those years(?)
