Ha! "The heart is deceitful above all things." Jeremiah 17:9 My heart has certainly led me astray from time to time. The head can do the same, though, so I think it's important to listen to both.

No. Jeremiah 17:9 in God's Word, the Holy Bible, says: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and deseprately wicked: who can know it?" (Note: "things" in this verse is italicized. Only the brain can come up with the construct to think, articulate, and unfortunately, deceive. The brain interprets the heart. The place of feelings and emotionality -- that source of love, pain, and anger -- is raw and uncensored. It is our mind that makes sense of that complex place within us.

I was going to say Yes, but then I read the other answers... I'm easily lead by my heart, but my head always tell it off! And failing that, I get butterflies in my stomach followed my a <<really BAD>> headache!!
