It is said when he saw Niel Armstrong take the first steps on the moon a man asked:
"How can man walk on the moon when he has not yet learned to walk on the earth?"
or something similar. If the story is true, who was he? Is the story a myth?

Not sure about that one. Along similar lines Asocrates said "A man can only cross the same river once because when he returns to cross it again both the man and the river will have changed.
