  • My girlfriend had a terrible day at work, but was keeping it together and working really hard to run some errands, go to class, make dinner, and take care of everything. When people need to cry, they should. So I gave her a big hug and told her everything's okay. She doesn't have to keep running around. There's nothing she has to do. She can just be here, and it's fine to just sit. Of course, she burst into tears and finally let her feelings happen. It's pretty unhealthy when people refuse to cry. It was nice when she finally had enough space to just be herself.

  • Yes... I know a girl and she kept her emotions to her self so much that the relationship was becoming stressfull for me. I just wanted to hear something ya know. We talked about it and she told me that she had trouble relaying her emotions to other people. We got in a fight one time and she started crying, I knew at that point she had become entirely comfortable with me. I dont think pleasure is the right word but I felt good, and she was crying because I yelled at her.
