How baggy?
-
I strongly agree, also they should ban hoodies, burberry, and shell-suit bottoms tucked into socks with trainers too!
-
I dont think that law will pass... people are aloud to wear what they want. Even if some people use baggy pants and hoodies to steal or hide weapons in, thats only a small percentage of how many people actually do that. Maybe ban them in schools, but thats it. Posting Comment...

As long as we don't bring back tight stonewash jeans. Half of my pics as a teen were with me and my "hog" bunched up on my inner thigh. LOL! Zoinks!
-
I think it's unfortunate that our lack of style and government involvement in personal lives have both grown to this point.
-
As much as a hate the fashion, no the government should not get involved.
-
It will probably pass, but will be unenforceable, and eventually out of court as unconstitutional. It's also illegal to fish for whales on Sunday in Ohio. It is illegal to sleep naked in Minnesota. In Florida If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle. There are a million others.
-
Are you serious? That is really lame. next thing you know they will outlaw stripper clothes *gasp* It will never stick.
-
its a joke but just one of 1000 new insane laws passed last year ... just like the 'no show tops of undies law'.. its true ...you can cop a fine in some ststes if the top of your undies/boxers/g'string is showing ... and we elect these morons ...we need a slapping!!!
-
I think that's crazy. The government needs to quit worrying about clothes and start focusing on solving REAL problems, like affordable health care and the several-trillion-dollar social security deficit. Besides, who would enforce such a whacky law?
-
Hear Hear! :o) Honestly, though, the government has much better things to do, if in fact this actually exists (note no citation).
-
HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! I don't think the government cares that much about fashion! ...disturbing thought: actually, with how much the government ignores real issues, this might just be something they'd do.

Ron price of dallas Is proposing that low-riding violators get hit with a fine of up to $50. Price, who as a school board trustee pushed through a dress code for Dallas public schools, says it's time for citizens of every color to literally tighten their belts.
-
ugh. I HATE tight pants on me. I'd never ever be comfy.
-
noooooo. I love baggy pants as well as tight ones. I'll kill myself
-
I also don't care for this fashion. It is called a Waistband not a Buttband. The government needs to stay out of it. Parents are the ones who should be making that law.
-
I don't really care if people want to wear their pants at their knees. It doesn't look great but it's not hurting anybody.. So I don't see why anybody else should care. There's a salon at our mall here & the sign out front says "No droopy drawers allowed", or something really close to that.

A "sad clown" population explosion :(
-
Ridiculous! Don't they have anything more important to concern themselves about? I don't like the fashion but there are far worse things.
