It is almost impossible to travel around the world with out seeing some darkness, but... You would have to go to the edge of the light, then go in the way opposite is moving. (|<--edge... <-- moving sun direction Move that way-->) Then going back and foward to one edge of the light to the other. (Its kinda hard to explain... :-\)

Not difficult to answer. You do need to specify where on the planet you're starting from. I'll assume the surface at the equator, as the poles make it a completely different and difficult answer. You would need to offset earth's rotational spin, which at the equator is 1669 km per hour. Add to this another approximately 2km per hour to offset earth's sidereal period. So, give or take 1km per hour or so, you'd need to be scooting along at 1671 km per hour due west.
