  • Normally, you do not want to try to repair a tv yourself. There is too much electricity that is built up in it, that is difficult to get rid of, even if the tv is turned off. If you try to get into it yourself, you can get electricuted too easily. Even a lot of people with electronics degree refuse to fix tvs. I would just either suck it up and take it to professional repair place or buy a new one.
  • My tv has the same thing, but it is totally random. Is yours constant or does turning it off and on again help? I have heard there is a switch on the back that you should flip back and forth several times but have not noticed one.
  • another well informed post... just answer the question if you know and dont if you dont... I dont know the answer, but I am not going to stop looking because of a scare tactic. just ground yourself, use one hand only and dont touch what you dont know.
  • I dont have the answer to your question, but ours is doing the same thing. If you have figured out what the problem is, could you post it? Thank you.
  • about all one can fix on a television is the fuse on the back. and even that is not easy. i would replace the fuse. if that doesnt work. i would buy another television.
