Does he like me? Constantly tries 2 make me laugh, says I can always put a smile on his face, not allowed to call me but did anyways, looks me in the eye, finds ways to compliment me, ill joke n say that hes gonna marry some chic and he says yeah right!!

It is impossible to tell with the information you have provided. If the two of you are high school age, this kind of behavior is common. If you are in your twenties, I would have some reservations about the relationship. You could get a lot more help if you would see a professional counselor.

It sounds as though he does, this story reminds me of how me and my new boyfriend got together. But the best way to find out is to ask him. I know it's hard to pluck up the courage to ask him, but it's worth it.

If he is a friend then my guess is he is your friend because you are a GOOD FRIEND. You dont want friends that dont make you laugh or smile or make you feel crappy about your self. You never know what his true feelings are unless you ask him. Play it cool though, it could scare him if you start acting really weird as apose to your "normal" self. I honestly believe there is nothing better then falling in love with your best friend but are you willing to risk the friendship for a chance at love. There are so many things to think about before you anything about it. He obviously makes you feel good too otherwise those feelings would never have developed beyond friend level. I am not saying he doesnt like you, just play it cool.
