I really don't know. It's been a long time since I tried to max out.

Erm. Well. Nothing.

10 years ago I maxed out at 240 lbs - now i'd be lucky to get 150 lbs up

-
well im only 16 and way 145 and can bench 275 lbs. thanks to my creatine
-
i can bench 100kg, thats roughly 220lbs. and i can only do one rep of that, i can lift 80kg a lot handier. im 22 and have been going to the gym approx 5months. i train hard, nearly every day, and push myself to the max. i dont believe lifting heavier than someone else makes you better than them. i train to look big, i know boys that can lift a lot heavier than me and look like fuck all compared to me. benching isnt everything, you need to work out every muscle not just your chest
-
I could bench 265lb when I was 182lb. I could maybe bench 100kg now, but not 120kg, no chance. I weren't concentrating on heavy lifts at the time, and I'm not now either.
-
Last time I maxed out it was 275lbs. But I don't lift real heavy anymore, I work more on higher reps and less rest time in between lifts.
-
200lbs 5 reps..on a bet and never again..that freaking hurt me for a couple days..LMAO
-
